Day 01 : Chennai Arrival

Representatives of India Tourism Travel will receive you on your arrival at Chennai International Airport and lodge you in your pre-booked hotel accommodation on the first day of your Andaman Beach Tour. We will see some of the prominent attractions of Chennai during the day like:
Marina Beach : It is the second largest beach of the world and pride of Chennai. The popular beach is a major draw for tourists to the city. Walk through the surf kissed golden sands of the beach sipping a coconut, eat the local delicacies of murukku and sundal, or enjoy water sports in its azure waters. 8th century Pallava Temples and San Thomas Cathedral Basilica are located nearby the beach.
Vivekananda House : Also known as "Ice House", it is a shrine dedicated to Swami Vivekananda who stayed here for about two months in the year 1900. The two storey house is built in Victorian architectural style. It has gabled roof and some personal effects of the sage are kept here for display to the public.

MGR Film City : The government run MGR Film City is located at Taramani in Chennai and spread over an area of 70 acres. There are beautifully landscaped gardens and a Knowledge Park inside the film city.
National Art Gallery : Also known as Victoria Memorial Hall, the art gallery is located in Egmore and is built in Jaipuri-Jaina style of architecture. It was built in 1097 and displays medieval period paintings and handicrafts used during the reign of Mogul and Rajput rulers.
Our overnight stay will be at Chennai and we will continue sightseeing of the city for one more day

Day 02 : Chennai - Port Blair
We will see the following attractions of Chennai during the day :
Fort St. George: It is a historical landmark of Chennai and houses the State Government's Secretariat and Legislative Assembly. St. Mary's Church and Fort Museum are the prime attractions of Fort St. George.
Valluvar Kottam: It is a big auditorium having the seating capacity for 4000 people. Verses of poet Tiruvalluvar are inscribed on its walls. Main attraction of the auditorium is a 101 ft high Temple Chariot.
After lunch, we take flight to Port Blair, the capital of Andaman Islands. Rest of the day will be yours. We will have our overnight stay at a beachside resort in Port Blair.
Day 03 : Port Blair
The lovely island has turquoise waters and beautiful lagoons. The island has historical importance as Indian freedom fighters used to be deported here by the British who were then never allowed to meet their families. The inhabitants were made to starve to death. Hence, it became notorious with the name of "Kaala Pani" or Black Waters.
We shall visit the following attractions of Port Blair during the day:
Cellular Jail : Indian freedom fighters used to be confined to the fortifying walls of the jail by the British during imperial period. It now has been declared a monument of national importance. It is reminiscent of the British rule in India and is built in colonial style.
Gandhi Park: The beautiful park has facilities like nature trails and a restaurant. There is a Japanese Temple and a lake in it. An amusement park for children also located in the park.

Water Sports: You can enjoy water sports at beaches of Port Blair and also enjoy sunbathing. At night, you will be served delicious sea food and vegetarian delicacies in your beach side resort.

Day 04 : Port Blair Beaches
Corbyn's Beach: We will start our day with a visit to Corbyn's Beach on the fourth day of our Andaman Beach tour. It is a popular hangout destination for tourists and locals who come to the beach to view a mesmerizing sunset and enjoy swimming. However, a part of the beach was destroyed in the devastating tsunami that hit the region in 2004 and hence swimming could prove dangerous as the beach water has strong undercurrents.
Boat Tours: You can have a pleasure boat tour of 3 islands of Ross, Viper and North Bay. The daylong tour would include complimentary lunch. Two islands tour covering North Bay and Ross Islands is also available that starts at 10.00 am from Rajiv Gandhi Water Sports Complex.
Water Sports: We shall enjoy some water sports like wind surfing, scuba diving, beach volleyball etc. at Rajiv Gandhi Water Sports Complex on the fourth day of our Andaman Beach tour.
Ross Island: It's a beautiful island and ferries ply to Ross Island every two hours from Port Blair. There is a small eating joint at the island and an aquarium where you can watch exotic fish species.
Your overnight stay will be at a beachside resort in Port Blair.

Day 05 : Port Blair
We shall enjoy some water sports activities on the fifth day of our Andaman Beach tour in Port Blair. We shall start our day with snorkeling at port blair.
Snorkeling at Port Blair: The perfect place for enjoying snorkeling in the island is Jolly Buoy. A ferry plies to Jolly Buoy daily from Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park at Wandoor, which is 30 km off Port Blair. Snorkeling at the island would provide you a lifelong experience as you would be able to explore exotic marine species of the island like star fishes, see cucumber and coral reefs. Remember to carry your own drinking water and food to Jolly Buoy as no eating joints are available there.
Mini Zoo: The zoo is situated at Chidiya Tapu and houses some of the exotic species of animals, plants, birds and reptiles found on Andaman & Nicobar Islands
Casual Ramble: It is perhaps the best option to explore the allures of the lovely island at your own pace. There are steep hills, so remember some landmarks so that you do return safely to your base camp after your ramble.

Day 06 : Port Blair - Chennai

We will take morning flight back to Chennai from Port Blair from where you will be boarded on the connecting flight back to your home by the staff of India Tourism Travel
